By accessing or using ReadyPen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ReadyPen is an AI-powered meeting notes and document generation SaaS tool for churches, pastors, and organizations. The Service transcribes meeting audio, generates summaries, minutes, and structured documents, and stores them in your account.

To use most features of ReadyPen, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Subscriptions are managed via Stripe on the web at readypen.io. The ReadyPen iOS app does not process payments. All subscription terms, pricing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are managed at readypen.io. Charges are billed to your selected payment method through Stripe according to the plan you choose.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ReadyPen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or organizational use.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service.
• Misuse or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or harassing content.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to ReadyPen, including meeting audio, transcripts, and notes ("User Content"). By using ReadyPen, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

AI-generated summaries, minutes, and notes are provided as-is. While we work to make them accurate and useful, AI may produce errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy before relying on or distributing it.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms ReadyPen, our users, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time at readypen.io.

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Video-Joy LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

ReadyPen's iOS app is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms of Use and has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance, support, or claims handling related to the app. You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
